Delete your account

Effective October 22, 2026

You can delete your SubChecks account and all of its data at any time, from the Android or iOS app, from the website, or by emailing us. SubChecks is run by Zentria Labs.

Paying for Pro through Google Play or the App Store? Deleting your account does not cancel that subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscriptions first, or the store will keep charging you.

In the app (Android and iOS)

  1. Open SubChecks and tap your profile photo (top right of Home) to open Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account.

For your security, if you signed in a while ago you may be asked to sign out, sign back in, and then delete your account straight away.

On the website

  1. Sign in at subchecks.com and open Settings.
  2. Under your profile, click Edit profile.
  3. Open Security and choose Delete account, then confirm.

By email

Can't sign in, or prefer us to do it? Email zentrialabs@gmail.com from the email address on your SubChecks account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll confirm it's you and delete your account within 30 days, usually much sooner, and let you know when it's done.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, on the website and on every device:

  • your account and sign-in details (email, name, profile photo)
  • all your subscriptions, with their notes, dates and amounts
  • your categories and projects
  • your reminders and notifications
  • your preferences, such as currency and email settings
  • your devices' push notification tokens
  • your Pro purchase status records

This happens right away and can't be undone.

What is kept

  • Feedback messages you sent us. Ask in your deletion email and we'll delete those too.
  • Payment records held by Google Play, the App Store, Lemon Squeezy and RevenueCat, which they keep under their own policies for legal, tax and accounting reasons.
  • Short-lived technical logs, which expire automatically, and website analytics, which we delete on request.
